24 Hour Telephone Banking

The telephone banking system allows you to obtain account information over the telephone. Our telephone banking system can provide you with much of the information that you need without having to come by one of our branches.

Cashier's Checks

Using a Cashier's Check to make your purchases will provide an accurate record of your purchase and guarantee the funds are available. Cashier's Checks are available to Washington State Bank customers.


Safe Deposit Boxes

Keep your important documents and other valuables safe. Safe deposit boxes are available to all Washington State Bank checking account holders. We offer several box sizes and we can arrange hassle-free automatic payment directly from your checking account. Call branches for available sizes.

Overdraft Protection Sweep

Should you inadvertently overdraw your account for any reason, Washington State Bank can automatically transfer the necessary funds into your account from another account held at Washington State Bank. When your checks are paid, this service will save you the embarrassment and inconvenience of a returned check as well as the fee normally charged to you by merchants for checks returned to them. Simply come into one of our locations and sign up for our Overdraft Protection Sweep service. Additional fees do apply.


Overdraft Privilege Program

At times, unanticipated expenses or unforeseen problems can leave you with too little cash in your checking account. Having a check returned due to insufficient funds can be a costly, inconvenient and potentially embarrassing experience. At Washington State Bank, we do not encourage overdrafts. As always, we encourage you to manage your finances responsibly. However, we want to save you from the additional merchant fees and possible damage to your credit history that might result if a check is returned. That's why we provide Overdraft Privilege, a special Overdraft Payment Service for Washington State Bank's customers with a qualifying checking account.

Overdraft Privilege is a discretionary overdraft service requiring no action on your part that provides you a safety net up to an automatically assigned overdraft limit. This service is a non-contractual overdraft service provided as a courtesy to qualifying checking accounts. Your Overdraft Privilege limit may be available for checks, teller withdrawals, ACH (auto debit), Online Banking transfers, Bill Pay payments and recurring debit card payments and in addition for business accounts, ATM withdrawals and everyday debit card transactions. However, for personal accounts, you must request that ATM withdrawals and everyday debit card transactions be covered by Overdraft Privilege. There is no additional cost associated with this privilege unless you use it. You will be charged our Overdraft Fee of $26.00 for each item paid when accessing your Overdraft Privilege limit. Debit Cards - MasterCard

This card carries the MasterCard logo and can be used worldwide wherever MasterCard is accepted. It can also be used at any ATM as a fully functional ATM card. With your Washington State Bank ATM card you have access to your account 24 hours a day. Brella App Logo

Enhanced banking and debit card services with Brella.  Brella helps you protect your debit card by sending you alerts when your card is used so you can quickly detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity on your account. Online Bill Pay

Online Bill Pay can be used to pay your rent, utility bill, loan payments, even your babysitter. Keeping track of payments is easy with the Payment Center. We offer complimentary Online Bill Pay at no cost to you for the first 90 days. Thereafter, your account will be charged a bill pay fee of $5.95 per month for 15 bill payments. If you pay more than 15 bills per month, an excess bill pay fee of $.45 will be charged for each additional bill payment. Enrollment for this product is required. Sign up today…it’s convenient and will save you time.

Any applicable fees will be charged regardless of whether the Service was used during the billing cycle. Charges will be deducted from your designated Billing Account for these bill payment amounts and any additional charges that may be incurred by you. Any maintenance fees associated with your standard deposit accounts will continue to apply.

In the event you wish to cancel the Service, please contact our Internet Banking Department or send us a secure email through the Service. Any Bill Payment(s) the service has already processed before the requested cancellation date will be completed by the Service. All Scheduled Bill Payments, including automatic payments, will not be processed once the Service is cancelled. You will remain responsible for any fees associated with the Service prior to the effective cancellation date.
